The garden floor apartment was completed first in this Brownstone project which included a new kitchen design and bathroom. We handled all plumbing and electrical. We also restored all the original oak moldings, removed the paint, re-stained with a rich dark mahogany color and re-introduced of a large pocket door. We paid close careful attention to the re-introduction of original pocket doors and the installation of a new storm door leading to the back garden.
