More and more we have encountered clients who were not ready to bid out their renovation projects but instead needed some helpful guidance or coaching to get them started. Our new renovation coaching service is available for this purpose, if you are a beginner or if your situation requires someone to manage your renovation project - our coaches are available to help you.
Our experienced coaches will cover it all, giving ballpark estimates, screening sub-contractors, providing expert advice, guiding you through the permit stage, helping with change orders, quality control, and closing out the project with a detailed punch list.
Our initial coaching consultation will consist of analyzing the scale of your project in relation to your budget. We will then recommend if you should either contract the job yourself or if you need a General Contractor, Architect, or Interior Designer. Additionally we will provide initial design ideas and help with product selections and material sourcing.
If you will need the services of a General Contractor we will highly recommend our company but you are never obligated to contract or hire us. If you decide to hire AllRenovation as your renovation GC then we will pro-rate the coaching fees into your final quote or estimate. Either way our coaching consultants will assist you in preparing a specification document to help you bid the work correclty to ensure the best price for your project from any contracor.
Unlike an architect or GC, who typically gets paid a set sum to oversee a project from start to finish, our coaches expertise can be leased for as much time as you like.
