This client recently purchased a Park Slope coop apartment directly across from Prospect Park. The project entailed demolition of existing bathrooms and updating the existing kitchen area. The master bath was very small and had an entrance area with 2 hallway closets with doors (one on either side), one contained a washer/dryer the other was a linen closet. We combined this outside space with the current master bath area to make a much larger and roomier bathroom for our client. The new master would contain a combined washer/dryer and linen closet in a custom closet on one side, therefore freeing the other side for an additional sink.
