This client chose to convert his Carroll Gardens brownstone into a SOHO style open loft. One of the items we reproduced was the existing plaster molding from the original parlor floor living room. We extended the period molding throughout the entire floor layout accentuating the ceiling height and keeping a touch of the original brownstone period design. We also installed a 2,000 lb. Structural "I" Beam in basement (see video) to create a larger open master bedroom suite.
