The owner of this beautiful brownstone in Cobble Hill section of Brooklyn required additional living space for her teenage daughter. This was designed by creating a partition in the front portion of the parlor floor living room. We had specific instructions not to touch or damage the original brownstone crown molding and tin ceiling throughout. The owner also wanted a complete update of her kitchen which required leveling and installing a new wood floor to match the existing walnut floor throughout the parlor. Additionally, the owner opted to install a new mini-duct HVAC system and a central vacuum system.
