The owner of this building purchase this South Slope brownstone to convert into three condos plus penthouse extension. The first floor would be a duplex from the cellar to the garden floor. The second or parlor floor would be a 2 bedroom condo. The top floor would also be a duplex with a penthouse extension which would house the master bedroom and master bath. AllRenovation was hired as a subcontractor to build the penthouse structure and to do concrete work in the basement and exterior stucco work.
