This project entailed renovating two owner floors and one rental. Our client also desired a new roof deck with access via a steel spiral staircase from the top floor. We accomplished this by designing a bulkhead and roof deck which captured a great skyline while creating an outdoor room for socializing and relaxing. Additionally, a parlor floor deck was also designed using the same IPE deck material and style.
